He was predeceased by : his granddaughter Crystal; and his brother John. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Hart; his children, Brian Hart (Joan), Keith Hart and Brandie (Paul Hafford); his stepchildren, Jimmy Soucie (Sabrina), Todd Baker and Toni Baker; his sister Cheryl Fitzgerald; and his grandchildren, Katarina, Adriane, Diane, Christopher, Skye, Damian, Samantha, Emily and Camryn. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
