She is survived by: her children, Frank Jacques of Copperas Cove, TX, Cheryl Bolouk (Reza) of Salem, NH and Patricia Shea of Turnersville, NJ; her brother Robert Cullen of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Kirsten Gallagher (Ryan), Brianna Puglisi (Anthony), Ciara Gerber (Hank) and Amaris Jacques; and her great grandchild Vivian Gerber.
