She was predeceased by : her husband Timothy F. Daley; and her siblings, Arthur Stansfield, Ernest "Jake" Stansfield and Virginia "Ginny" Stansfield. She is survived by : her children, Brian F. Daley (Judith) of Windham, NH, Ann Marie Daley of Tewksbury and Timothy J. Daley (Jill) of Merrimack, NH; her grandchildren, Derek, Hope, Christian and Stephanie; and her sister Mary McCulley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
