Heidi S. Fabrizio Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Heidi S. Fabrizio of Salem, New Hampshire, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Sacks and Gloria Sacks (Matloff); her parents-in-law, Domenico Fabrizio and Anna (Martignetti); and her brothers-in-law, Nicholas Fabrizio and Gerardo Fabrizio.

She is survived by: her sons, Roman Fabrizio, Alexander Fabrizio and Marcus Fabrizio; her husband Anthony "Tony" Fabrizio; her sisters, Judi Shurtleff (Harry) and Lauren Provensal (Yozef); and her siblings-in-law, Andrea, Maria Casey (Fabrizio), Domenic Fabrizio and Jacquie. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home (126 Pleasant Valley St, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery (327 Main St, Salem, NH 03079).
