It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Crisostamo (Salem, New Hampshire), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 20, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Nicholas. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary (Cannon); his children, Gina Crisostamo (Jeff Moore) of New Hampshire and Johnny Crisostamo; and his siblings, Ann Marie Kulda of Revere, Joanne Amsden and Anthony Crisostamo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
