She is survived by: her daughter Kavanah Hornbaker of Salem, NH; her sister Janel Duggan (TJ) of Hudson, NH; her nieces, Lily Matarazza, Fiona Duggan and Madison McCrorey; her stepmother Darlene Hornbaker; her aunts and uncles, John (Betty Bergeron), Jean Milici, Joan Hornbaker, Jackie (George Michalos) and Michael (Maureen McCullough); her cousins, Nichole Leipow, Kerry Spidle, Michael Bergeron and Andrew Bergeron; and her friends, Melanie Hoffman and Jay Williamson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Methuen Family Funeral Home (233 Lawrence St, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
