He is survived by: his wife Karen Hughes (DiZazzo); his children, Johni Farah (Mitchell), Patrick Hughes (Amanda) and Gianna Zani (Adam Brennick); his mother Jeanne Rainey; his parents-in-law, John and Jean DiZazzo; his granddaughters, Seraphina and Calliope; his sisters, Sherri Herbst (Derrick) and Rae Anna Hughes; and his siblings-in-law, Lori, Bob Allen, John and Kim DiZazzo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
