We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2025, Mary Wakim (Salem, New Hampshire) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her sons, George Wakim (Lorna) of Methuen, MA, Kameel Wakim (Hiba) of Salem, NH, Samuel Wakim of Salem, NH, Elie Wakim (Stephanie) of Salem, NH and Ramzi Wakim (Marianne) of Hampton, NH; and her brothers, Said Matta of Salem, NH, Fouzi Matta of Lebanon and Chafic Matta of Maine. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
