He was predeceased by: his parents, Hung San Kim and Shin Kwon Won. He is survived by: his wife Yun Kung Kim; his children, Kathleen Sum Kim of Boston, Karen Kim Choi (Samuel) of New York City and Mosae Kim (Inok) of Medford; his sister Kum Jae Park (Han Chun Park) of Queens, NY; his granddaughters, Kayla, Olivia, Stella, Emilia, Sara and Irene; and his pet Mina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family kindly requests that all visitors attending the services wear a mask.
While people may want to honor him with flowers or gifts in his name, he requested that folks refrain from sending gifts or donations in his honor.
