She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Clark and Herbert Clark; her daughter Holly Alexander; and her son-in-law Richard LaRochelle. She is survived by: her husband J. Tyler Douglas of Salem, NH; her daughter Bonnie Alexander (Allen Coburn); her stepchildren, John Douglas (Carol Smith) and Susan Hopkins (Jeff Smith); her grandchildren, Melissa Locke (Jeffrey), Douglas Hopkins (Hilary) and Lindsay McCarthy (Matthew); and her cousin Brian Raynowska. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
