He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Turner and John Turner. He is survived by: his wife Donna Turner (Bradley); his children, Nicole McCarthy (Justin) of Salem, Jodi Dumont (Wesley) of Salem, Justine Negron of Salem and Bradley Turner (Lindsay) of Haverhill, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Mac, Kallie, Sophia, Coleton, Kenzie, Elena and Jackson; and his siblings, Wayne Turner, Phyllis Hamel and Lois Supino. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made in Warren's memory to the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA), supporting its work to provide resources for those affected by Parkinson's disease and to fund critical research.
