He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Barry and Kathleen Barry (O'Meara); his son Brian Barry; and his brothers, David Barry and Bobby Barry.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Barry; his sons, Albert Ferrera, Neil Barry Jr. and Michael Barry; his sister Elaine Humphries (Barry); his grandsons, Neil Barry III and Chris Barry; his great grandchildren, Brian Barry, Kayden Barry and Paisley; and his stepgrandson Harry Perkins.
