He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wendell I. Huyck and Nona Huyck (Gagnon); his wife Barbara Lane of Sandown; his daughter Andrea Huyck of Homer, AK; his siblings, Paul Huyck, Jeanne Ludlow and Mary Jo Swan; and his wife Paula Huyck (Pluchos).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Hampshire Veterans Home, 139 Winter St., Tilton, NH 03276.

We were both Army officers but met through poker games with mutual friends. Last saw him for lunch about 2017. I will mourn him. God bless you Jere. See you for poker on the other side. Joe Cooper.
