He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana and Isa May Lessard (Collins); his wife Virginia Lessard (Follansbee); his son Thomas Lessard; his grandson Brian Lessard; and his siblings, Arthur, Oliver, Flora, Marian, Rebecca, Pauline and Ruth.
He is survived by: his children, Richard (Joan Lessard), Lawrence (Paula Lessard), Dianne (Michael Hoitt) and Beth (Douglas Brogan); and his daughter-in-law Stephanie Lessard of West Haven, CT. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
An avid gardener, Lloyd maintained several vegetable gardens to help feed his large family over the years as well as donating his crop to local families and community groups and enjoyed repairing antique clocks.
