She was predeceased by: her parents, Atsuo Yamada and Michko Yamada. She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Rioux; her stepdaughter Michelle Varnum (Greg); her stepgrandchildren, Michael and Taylor of Scituate, MA; and her brothers, Kenzou Yamada and Yu Yamada.
