He is survived by : his son Jacob Perkins; his stepchildren, Ethan and Jasmine Peverley; his siblings, Donald Jr., Steve, Ricky Perkins, Carol Nichols and Helyn Perkins; his nieces and nephews, Toni Valli, Jessica Jones, Miryah Mejia, Kirsten, Brooklyn, Tabitha Perkins, Jeffrey Lennox, Georgie Eaton, Eric Jones, Michael, Daniel Sodoyer, Ricky Donahue and Donald Perkins; his close friend Bobby Lennox; and his mother-in-law Cathy Gosselin Maryea (Chucky Rosa). He is also survived by his many aunts uncles and cousins.
