We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2024, at the age of 72, Joseph A. Carter of Seabrook, New Hampshire, born in Haverhill, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John E. Carter and Mary Carter (O'Shea). He is survived by : his siblings, John E. "Jack" Carter Jr. of Methuen, MA, Owen Carter of Hampton, NH and Kathie Campbell of Seabrook, NH; his niece Kimberly Giuffre; and his nephew Ryan Demeritt.
