He is survived by: his wife Kathy Johnson; his children, Denise Zawalinski of Waterford, CT, Lauren (Jack Coleman) of Portland, CT, David Gestay of Meriden, CT and Steven (Sue Gestay) of Haddam, CT.; his stepchildren, Scott, Brent Johnson of Newport, NH and Al's; his grandchildren, Jacob, Haley, Addy, Molly, Mason, Evan, Brendon, Ashlee, Brooke and Connor; and his great grandchildren, Marianna and Sophia.
