She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Kenyon and Dorothy E. Kenyon (Dodge); her husband Richard C. Shores; her son Clifford D. Shores; and her brother Alfred Richard Kenyon, Jr..

She is survived by: her sister Dorothy P. Steere; her children, Richard C. Shores, Jr. (Marilyn), Kenyon P. Shores (Kimberly) and Alison L. Patten; her grandchildren, Richard C. Shores III (Susan), Marilyn Mathiason (Tavis), Lindsey Brazelovich (Stefan), Morgan West (Jason), Victoria LaBelle (Celestino Lopez), Jared LaBelle (Jacquelin), Kenyon Patten and Abigail Patten; her great grandchildren, Matilda, Eleanor, Penelope, Hunter, Clifford, Oliver, Coraline, Lydia, Vader, Svetlana, Fletcher and Tate; and her aunt Minnie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
