He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Omand (Bob) and Bernice Omand (Follansbee); and his siblings, Rob and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Potter Omand; his daughters, Kelly Omand and Jennifer Omand; his son-in-law Matthew Talbot; and his siblings, Anne (Bruce Smith), Merrilyn (Roger San Soucie), Steven Omand (Susan) and Kerry Omand (Sharon). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
