He is survived by: his children, Douglas McDonald (Michele) of Sullivan, NH, James McDonald (Laurie Madden) of Keene, NH, Holly Malcom of Keene, NH and Vicki White of Keene, NH. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
