She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Burns and Mable Burns; her husband Louis P. Tremblay (Phil); her sisters, Joan Chernack and Gail Van Houten; and her grandson Evan.
She is survived by: her sons, Chuck (Sue) of Sunapee, George of Sunapee, Louie of Sunapee and Warren (Joanne) of Dade City, FL; her grandchildren, Sheri, Jonathan, Kylie and Ashleigh; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Dylan and Lucas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
