He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Waters and Lillie M. Waters (Russell); and his siblings, Robert Waters, Lee Waters and Peggy Aron.
He is survived by: his wife Martha A. Waters (Batchelder) of Swanzey; his children, Douglas Waters (Brenda Prime) of Keene, Bradley Waters of Swanzey and Susan Shaulis (Kevin) of Germantown, MD; and his grandchildren, Brandon Waters (Emily) and Megan Waters (Jessie LaBarre). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the First Congregational Church United (695 Old Homestead Hwy, Swanzey, NH 03446).
