He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Smith and Rosaline Smith (Brouillette); and his wife Nancy L. Smith (Matteson). He is survived by: his children, Christine Solazzo (Jeffrey Kellogg), Michael Smith (David Sanchez) and David Smith (Marisa); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Lexi, Makenna, Ashlyn and Quinn; and his brother Bruce Smith (Sheila).
