She is survived by: her parents, Frederick J. Guzik and Wanda L. Guzik (Greenough); her brother Shawn Guzik of Tilton, NH; her aunts and uncles, Carol Cavanaugh, Jennie Baldyga, Michael and Richard Guzik; and her friends, Cathy, Jim Zerra and Donna Little.
