Ottati; his siblings, Wayne Ottati (Karen), Theresa Palmer (Mark) and Wendy Lynn Hanford (Josh); and his grandchildren, Sara, Wilfred and Patrick Cushing. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
