She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Frazier and Joyce Frazier (Leveille). She is survived by: her children, Katie A. Day (late John Wall) of Tilton and Joshua P. Sadler of Epping; her siblings, Donald Frazier (Patricia) of Raymond, NH, Diana M. Rizan (late Steve Rizan) of Raymond, Carol A. Chase (Scott) of Swanville, ME and Jodie Gonzalez (Marlon) of Swansey, NH; her grandchildren, Corey, Tyler, Devon and Aleah; her cousin Patricia Consentino (Kim); and her close friend Jane Alden. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home (116 Main St, Plaistow, NH 03865). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 6:15 PM at the same location.
