We bid farewell to Richard A. Belair (Tilton, New Hampshire), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 9, 2025 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Belair and Eleanor A. Belair (Perkins). He is survived by: his wife Toni E. Belair (Sullivan); his son Allan Belair; his daughter-in-law Tasha; his granddaughter Emma; his daughter Candi Garvin; his son-in-law Shaun; his grandchildren, Kyle, Connor and Matthew Garvin; his stepson Michael Jerome; his sister Theresa Strickland; and his brother-in-law David Strickland.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, an organization close to Richard's heart.
