He is survived by: his sister Joan Hazel of Hampton, NH; his children, Richard of Moultonborough, NH, John (Laura) of Moultonborough, NH, Philip (Rita) of Ipswich, MA and Alice of Moultonborough, NH; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Rebecca and Sean. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
