He is survived by: his children, Michelle and Eric; his grandson Jeremiah Logan of Forest City, NC; his parents, Richard and Bonnie of Elizabeth City, NC; his siblings, Patrick (Ryann), Christopher (Nicole) and Jennifer Bozek (Craig) of Ashland, NH; his nephew Jordan Riberdy; and his friend John George. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
