He is survived by : his daughter Fallyn O'Brien; his mother Edith O'Brien; his uncle Jim O'Brien; his cousins, Barbara O'Brien, Mark O'Brien, Greg O'Brien, Brian McEvoy, Kevin O'Brien, Stephen McEvoy, Ellen Berlin and John McEvoy; his former life partner Kristen O'Brien; his godchildren, Cody Parker, Jenna and Jillian Luby; and his nieces and nephews, Dylan Logan, Lucy, Charlotte Stevens, Kelley Tibbetts, Justin Ray, Corey Lane and John.
