He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Pratt and Martha Pratt (Bailey); his brother John C. Pratt Jr.; and his brother-in-law Dennis Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Sandra E. Pratt; his children, Karen Clough (Hayden) of Danville, NH, Laura Marriott (Richard) of Carlisle, PA and David Pratt Jr. (Chrissie) of Middleton, NH; and his sisters, Barbara Griffith (Barry) of Shrewsbury, Jean Lynch of Freedom, NH and Luann Rollins (Barry) of Freedom, NH. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
