He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert L. Sullivan and Edith Sullivan (Riley); his wife Judith Sullivan (Weller); and his siblings, Ronald, Robert, Richard and Patricia.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Melewski (Thomas) of Alton, NH, Roger Sullivan of New London, NH and Thomas Sullivan (Jennifer) of Lebanon, NH; his grandchildren, Alex, Nicholas, Mallory, Jesse, Christian, Devin, Connor, Dylan, Colin, Riley and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Madison, Malcolm, Jack, Matthew, Ava, Marley, Baela and Elijah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
