He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred T. Whitcomb and Loria C. Whitcomb (Perry); his brothers, Gary L. Whitcomb (Jean Ann) and Fred C. Whitcomb Michel J. (Nancy); and his son Fire Captain Michael J. Whitcomb.
He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Whitcomb (Blaney) of West Lebanon; his brother Daniel E. Whitcomb (Maria) of Thetford, VT; and his children, Jon Christopher Whitcomb (Rose) of Springfield and Kerry E. Lyden (John) of West Lebanon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
