He is survived by: his wife Ellen Johnson (Fleuriel); his daughter Wendi Hebert (Jon); his grandchildren, Evann and Brooke; his former wife Theresa Johnson; his pets, Timber, Smoky and Bandit; Timothy, Tammy, Heidi, Heath (Brenda), Kay Grimes, Pat Porter and Bob Johnson (Carol).
