She is survived by: her children, Monique Edwards White, Renee Edwards, Shelly Edwards and Joseph Brown; and her grandchildren, Marquise, Tariq, Miye, Raven, Darjanique, Najee, Danera, Kaveh, Kassim and Isaiah. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
