He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Provenzano and Bessie Provenzano (Keiffer); and his sister Deborah Moore. He is survived by: his significant other Pattie Provenzano (Vertullo) of Windham, NH; his children, Jason M. Provenzano of Gilford, NH and Amber Gagnon (Michael) of Laconia, NH; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Samuel, Olivia and Maxwell. He is also survived by many friends, extended family members, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home (38 Range Rd, Windham, NH 03087). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
