He is survived by: his significant other Pattie Provenzano (Vertullo) of Windham, NH; his children, Jason M. Provenzano of Gilford, NH and Amber Gagnon (Michael) of Laconia, NH; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Samuel, Olivia and Maxwell. He is also survived by many friends, extended family members, nieces, and nephews.
