We are sad to announce that, on February 2, 2026, at the age of 73, JoAnne Lee Ruggiero of Windham, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Carlson and Louise Carlson (Barrett); her husband Frank Ruggiero; and her siblings, David, Linda, Sandra, Dianne, Carol, Roberta and Karen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Nieves (Gilberto) of Windham, NH, Vickie Mason (Derek) of Brentwood, NH and Laura Ruggiero; her grandchildren, Frank, Brianna and Alex; and her brothers, Herbert, Stanley, Richard, Stephen and Kenny. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice.
