With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Raymond J. Ouellette of Windham, New Hampshire, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Raymond Ouellette and Doris Ouellette (Dixon); and his brothers, Alan and Bill Ouellette. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sister Pam Daigneault (Werner); his sons, Christopher (Amy), Kevin and Kenneth (Shalynn); and his granddaughters, Eowyn, Istra, Kaylee, Kylie and Kennedy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home (38 Range Rd, Windham, NH 03087). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
