We announce the death of Ronald Joseph Bretton of Windham, New Hampshire, born in Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 21, 2026, at the age of 84. Ronald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Bretton (Ouellette) and Peter Bretton; and his siblings, Richard Bretton, Gloria DeGaspe, Roger Bretton and Pauline Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Millie Bretton; his sons, Kevin Bretton (Carla) of Milford, NH and Dan Bretton (Cristina Pensato) of Newburyport, MA; his grandchildren, Lia Bretton, Patrick, Kiernan and Shea Lordan; and his siblings, Norman Bretton and Claire Boisvert.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home (38 Range Rd, Windham, NH 03087). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
