He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Albert Edwin and Clara Mae Smith Haeger; partner: Mary Commons Haeger; children: Jean Haeger, Ayn (Haeger) Allmendinger (Scott Allmendinger), and Michael Haeger (Karen (Lampron) Haeger); grandchildren: Nicole Haeger (Nate Harriman), Brendan Haeger, Ryan Allmendinger (Molly Brown), and the late Jeremy Jackson Allmendinger; great-grandchild: Cooper Jeremy Nash; brothers and sisters-in-law: Wayne and Loretta Haeger, and Philip and Livi Haeger; brother: the late Bruce Haeger; sister-in-law: the late Mae Takacs Haeger; caregivers: Steve and Evan; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints Episcopal Church (258 S Main St, Wolfeboro, NH 03894).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to All Saints Episcopal Church (258 South Main Street, PO Box 359, Wolfeboro, NH 03894) or the Peaks Island Music Association (in care of Faith York 41 Luther Street, Peaks Island, Maine 04108).
