She is survived by: her parents, Pat Titus and Kirk Titus; her sisters, Jessica Titus and Sarah Titus-Smith; her brothers-in-law, Dan Van Dorn and Karl Smith; her siblings' children, Samuel, Grace Emily, Jack Smith, Brynn and Emmy Van Dorn; her aunts and uncles, Dick Mullen, Teresa Mahoney-Mullen, Barbara and Russ Shaw; her caregivers, Karen Willett, Sarah Silk, Trish Bradley, Ingrid Albee and Terry Flynn Sullivan; and her close friends, Laura Lovett, Jane Walsh, Nancy Jackson, Lora Frazier and Henry Mellynchuk.
