He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Titus; his granddaughter Emily; his father Bud Titus; his daughter Emily; and his son-in-law Henry Mellynchuk.
He is survived by: his wife Pat (Patty); his daughters, Jessica Titus and Sarah Titus-Smith; his son-in-law Karl Smith; his sister Barbara Shaw (Russ); his siblings-in-law, Dick Mullen and Teresa Mahoney-Mullen; and his grandchildren, Samuel, Grace, Jack Smith, Brynn and Emmy Van Dorn.
