She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald and Marcelle. She is survived by: her wife Carolyn Wise; and her siblings, Tegan (Karen), Marc (Patty) and Joy (Rob). She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.

Krista grew up in Ashland, New Hampshire and was still telling stories about her days on Thompson Street throughout the pandemic.
