He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Peter and Marianne Roessiger (Girard); and his brother Denis Roessiger. He is survived by: his wife Leigh Hibbard Roessiger; his children, Merissa Rogers-Roessiger (Benjamin) and Peter Alden Rogers; his brother Claude Roessiger; and his sisters-in-law, Amina Roessiger and Lucybell Roessiger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Wolfeboro-Tuftonboro Land Bank and Lakes Region Humane Society.
