With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phyllis Qualls (Wolfeboro, New Hampshire), born in Norwich, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Phyllis left this world on May 20, 2026 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Mortimer and Evelyn Mortimer of Oneco, Connecticut.; her daughters, Jennie Lynn Qualls (Sergio Smith) and Dawn Qualls Shaw (Michael Shaw); her grandchildren, Aubry Ann Shaw and Maggie Mae Shaw; her siblings, James Mortimer (Mary), Patricia Tyler and Anna Gagner (Russ); her sisters-in-law, Lorena Atherton and Shirley Qualls; her husband Paul Norman Qualls; and her siblings, Robert Mortimer and Barbara Beaudreau. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the First Christian Church (97 N Main St, Wolfeboro, NH 03894).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to 68 Hours of Hunger, the local food pantry, meals on wheels, or Granite State Adaptive where she was so lovingly affected by Traveler the horse.
