He was predeceased by: his parents, Wolbert T. Cramer and Bella Marshall Cramer; and his siblings, Ethel and Jack Cramer. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Tracy; his son John Cramer; his daughter-in-law Heather of Fairfield; his daughter Tracy Cramer of Norwalk, Connecticut.; and his grandson Lincoln.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parsels Funeral Home (324 New Jersey Ave, Absecon, NJ 08201). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
