He is survived by: his wife Anne Dougherty; his children, Fran Jr. During (Nicole) and Anne Webb; his grandchildren, Julianna, Alaina, Bella, Claudia and Dean; and his siblings, Helen Regan (Ed), Paul Ballak (Kathleen), Mike Ballak (Betty), Phil Ballak (Bonnie) and Anna Ree Edwards (Ray).
