He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Cipa and Irene Cipa. He is survived by: his children, Cristen Owen (Douglas) and Craig Cipa (Jessie); and his sisters, Sandy Kravitz and Cindy Kohler. He is also survived by several nieces and cousins.
