He is survived by: his mother Betty Louise Stephens of Selbyville, Delaware; his brothers, Hugh David Stephens of Selbyville and Thomas Lee Stephens of Dothan, Alabama; his former wife Michelle Howard of Hatfield, Pennsylvania; and his adoptive children, Timmothy Howard of Frankford, Ashley and Kate Huynh of Clearwater, Florida.
